COFFEETABLE BOOKS: EASTER IN CHIHUAHUA, 2007

A photographic journey through the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, to celebrate La Semana Santa (Easter Week) in 2007.  From Batopilas, described as the "most remote town in the Americas," we traveled three more hours deep into one of the canyons comprising "Las Barrancas del Cobre (the Copper Canyon) to photograph the celebrations of the colorfully dressed, proud and fierce Sierra Tarahumara Indians (or Rarámuri as they prefer to be called).  An experience of a lifetime!
